Hearing Aids

There’s a hearing aid designed for just about everyone

Whether you are concerned about style, invisibility or function, Total Hearing Care has the right hearing device for you. You may need to try multiple types of aids before landing on the solution for your lifestyle, and we will go through every option that’s right for you with patience and compassion.

Your secret’s safe with us – Invisible-in-the-Canal (IIC) Devices

Not everyone needs to know about your hearing impairment with this custom-fit hearing aid. IIC aids are truly 100% invisible when worn, yet come complete with industry-leading technology. Residing in the second bend of the ear canal, the advantages of this fitting style appeal to a wide variety of hearing aid candidates seeking an aid that provides state-of-the-art hearing technology. A hidden gem!

BTE (Behind-The-Ear)

The BTE hearing aid’s longer shape follows the contour behind the outer ear. Generally, it houses more features, controls and power than other styles. A clear plastic tube directs amplified sound into an earmold inside the ear canal.

Receiver-In-Canal (RIC)

The receiver-in-canal device is small, subtle and very quick to fit, which makes it perfect for many first-time wearers. The speaker is built into the ear tip instead of the main body of the hearing aid, allowing it to be positioned closer to the eardrum.

ITC (In-The-Canal)

In-the-canal instruments house the technology components in a custom-formed earmold that fits within the outer portion of the ear. Style and comfort are combined in this easy-to-use aid.

Completely-in-Canal – When Discretion Counts

These devices fit completely in the canal, with only the head of a tiny plastic line, which you use to insert or remove the instrument, showing above the canal. Because of their tiny size, these aids are especially appealing for people who desire a discreet solution for hearing problems.

Mini Behind-the-Ear (BTE)

The mini BTE houses the technology behind the outer ear. An ultra-thin tube discreetly directs amplified sound into the ear canal via an earmold or earbud.

BTE (Behind-The-Ear Super Power)

The new Oticon “Chili” Super Power instrument combines a custom-formed earmold with a new sleek and sophisticated casing. Now, even the most severely hearing impaired can have a stylish aid with high-power capabilities.
